General Practitioner Chronic Disease Seminar

Did you know that 1 in 2 Australians have a chronic disease? With more than 1 in 3 potentially preventable hospitalisations attributed to chronic disease, General Practitioners have a unique role in improving the health of patients with, or at risk of, chronic disease.

We would like to warmly invite GPs to join us in learning the latest research and developments in chronic disease. Our interactive and practical program was developed in collaboration with GPs and other primary health care workers, ensuring that the seminar is tailored to you as a GP in Brisbane south.

Following the seminar participants are invited for networking and drinks.

This session forms an Accredited Activity under the RACGP QI&CPD Program. It will provide 6 hours of education with 12 category 2 points allocated. Activity 149895 2017-2019 triennium.
